分析师Paul Gulberg与Samuel Radowitz指出，稳定币相关收入在2025年约占Coinbase总营收的19%。若《天才法案》推动稳定币在支付场景中的采用加速，Coinbase的稳定币收入有望扩大2至7倍。不过，最终能达到区间中的哪一端，部分取决于行业对该法案细则的进一步修订与博弈。该法案已于去年7月由总统特朗普签署成为法律。
