How to marzipan a cake

Marzipan a fruit cake with me 🎄 I use apricot jam to stick my marzipan onto the cake - boiling together approx half a jar of apricot jam with a teaspoon of water for around a minute on a fast boil, leaving to cool and applying with a pastry brush.
