Odessa woman credits dispatchers & firefighters for saving her husband “It was so first-rate and professional that we are lucky in Odessa. We really are,” Joy Brasuel, an Odessa woman, said. One year ago, Joy called 911 for her husband, who was unresponsive. Now, she’s thanking the dispatcher who picked up the phone and the firefighters who responded.
