The key points for executing an effective forehand flick in table tennis are: 1. Footwork - Step your right foot forward towards the table and lean your body to the right side. 2. Hitting the ball - Contact the ball at its highest point (top of the bounce) and hit it around the 3 o’clock or 4 o’clock position, depending on the amount of backspin. 3. Return to ready position - Quickly return back to the neutral ready position after the flick to prepare for the next shot. #tabletennis #tischtennis
