1:55 pm Update: GOES-16 satellite channel 7 shows a hotspot northwest of Rantoul this afternoon, indicative of a localized fire. Reports are that a field fire has gotten out of control north of Dewey, with fire departments from Ford and Champaign Counties providing assistance.
