For weeks, strange sounds have been echoing through several local neighborhoods. People are losing sleep, and neighbors can’t quite pinpoint the source. There's a lot of speculation on Facebook. The city has received several reports, and city leaders plan to look into it. NOTE: I sent my report to CSX. A spokesperson says they'll look into it.
