This customer came in with a vintage Gucci bag thinking she needed a new strap but it turned out to just need a tab replacement which is a much easier fix! We’ll rebuild the tab to match the original, using the same color stitching and reuse the original hardware. We also offered a new leather liner as an option, but only if the customer wants it.
