Enchilada Bake Recipe ✨ : •one package of corn tortillas •1 lb of taco beef •2 cans of red enchilada sauce •2 cups of Mexican rice (any kind you prefer) •2 cans of refried beans •1 cup of shredded queso •1 cup of cheddar jack cheese For toppings after - lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and my fav the @tacobell hot sauce Bake at 400 for 25 minutes Top with lettuce , onions, and sour cream. I prefer a layer of cheese in the middle as well, but you guys know how Sean is with cheese 😂
